Executive- Company Secretary

As an Executive Company Secretary at Virtuoso Optoelectronics Limited, you will play a crucial role in the Secretarial and Legal department of the organization. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in all secretarial activities of the company. - Drafting and vetting agreements to ensure legal compliance. - Ensuring the compliance status of the company is maintained at all times. - Maintaining effective liaison with intermediaries, auditors, and bankers. - Performing any other tasks as may be required to support the smooth functioning of the department. The ideal candidate for this role should have: - At least 12 years of experience in a manufacturing unit. - Qualification as a Qualified or Unqualified Company Secretary.
