Job Description

Project:-

Development of project scopes, budgets, project plans and schedules, creates bid packages and cost estimates, and is responsible for meeting established budgets and delivery schedules for each assignment.
Design, review and approval of As-built drawings and submit project proposals.
Responsible for Engineering Services, Small Project (Capex raised by Unit): Plan, execution, monitoring and completion.
Review, approval and can co ordinate with Consultant as well as contractors manpower at site for Project schedules, daily site progress & participate in Project Review / Progress Meeting.
Onsite monitoring of critical works during construction phase, testing and commissioning.
Ability to use CADD.
Responsible for

- Civil & Structural Engineering compliance.

- Contouring

- BOQ Preparations

- Preparation of Job Cards

Implement and ensure adherence to Company EHS Policy at site and other safe working procedures.
Should have hand on experience to handle independently:- Green field site, Parallel activities at other sites.

Maintenance:-

Hand on experience for repair and Maintenance of Old API/Chemical Industry/ Building/Leakages/Drainages/Clean areas.
Perform damage assessments, estimate costs and revamping plan.
