Job Description

Job Summary:

Fresh Civil Engineering graduates

Key Responsibilities:

Take full responsibility for handling new civil projects from initiation to completion.
Plan, coordinate, and execute project activities as per design and schedule.
Supervise site activities and ensure quality execution of ongoing construction work.
Prepare project estimates, BOQs, schedules, and progress reports.
Liaise with consultants, architects, vendors, and contractors for new and ongoing works.
Monitor civil work progress, ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
Handle procurement follow-up and ensure timely availability of materials.
Maintain project documentation including work permits, daily reports, and inspection records.
Assist in resolving technical/site issues and escalate as necessary.

Desired Skills

Strong knowledge of
civil engineering practices, construction standards

project management tools.
Excellent communication and coordination skills.
Hands-on experience in
AutoCAD
, MS Project, or similar software.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver under tight timelines.
