Executive Chef

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. The ideal candidate should be innovative, quality-driven, and capable of handling a multi-cuisine kitchen while managing large-scale banquet operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Menu Development: Curate and enhance multi-cuisine menus, ensuring quality, taste, and presentation.
• Kitchen Management: Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to food safety standards.
• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Cost Control & Inventory: Manage food costs, minimize waste, and maintain stock levels.
• Event & Banquet Planning: Coordinate with banquet managers for special events, ensuring seamless execution of catering services.
• Quality & Hygiene: Maintain high standards of hygiene, sanitation, and food safety as per FSSAI guidelines.
• Innovation: Introduce new dishes and seasonal specialties to enhance the dining experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a reputed restaurant or hotel.
• Expertise in Chinese, Thai, Continental, and Italian cuisines.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience in handling banquet catering and large-scale food production.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple operations efficiently.
