Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Executive in Car Loans, located in Thiruvananthapuram. The Executive will be responsible for processing and evaluating car loan applications, managing customer documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day tasks include assessing customer creditworthiness, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, and maintaining customer relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services, specifically in loan processing and credit assessment
• Proficiency in customer documentation and compliance procedures
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage customer relationships and work with teams
• Ability to work on-site in Thiruvananthapuram
• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the automotive finance industry is a plus
