Roles and Responsibilities: Converting new sales leads into business Pitching products and/or services over calls Demonstration of the software to the merchant/client Bringing closures of POS and Marketplace services Managing the merchants onboarding process Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings Additional Qualification and Skills: Specialized knowledge about software/Websites (any IT Product) is an additional advantage along with convenience in using any Laptop/Tab/Smartphone. Experience in inside sales, cold calling, and lead generation is mandatory.
