About the Role

Executive Bid Management

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and submit tender documents with accurate techno-commercial offers and pricing.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, OEMs, and vendors for quotations, technical inputs, and compliance.
  • Manage tender data, documentation, and reports through

    SAP

    and e-tendering portals (IREPS, GEM, CPPP, State/PSU).
  • Support negotiations and follow-ups with vendors and clients.
  • Maintain records of tenders, EMDs, and compliance documents for audits.
  • Understand client requirements and ensure smooth coordination for successful bid closure.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Commerce/Business Administration (Diploma with relevant experience may also apply).
  • 25 years

    of experience in tendering/bidding, preferably in railway signalling or EPC projects.
  • Proficiency in

    SAP

    and e-tendering portals (IREPS, GEM, CPPP, State/PSU).
  • Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and commercial acumen.
