Job Title: Ayushman Bharat Card Processing Executive

Department:

UDMRI, Uttaranchal Hospital, Dehradun

Job Summary:

The Ayushman Bharat Card Processing Executive at Uttaranchal Hospital will be responsible for assisting patients in verifying eligibility, registering, and generating Ayushman Bharat (PM-JAY) health cards. The role requires prior experience and a clear understanding of the Ayushman Bharat process to ensure fast, accurate, and compliant service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify patient eligibility under the Ayushman Bharat – Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana (PM-JAY) using official government portals.
  • Assist beneficiaries in completing the registration and document verification process.
  • Generate, print, and issue Ayushman Bharat Health Cards to eligible patients.
  • Maintain accurate daily and weekly records of applications processed.
  • Liaise with the hospital’s Ayushman Bharat helpdesk and government officials for approvals and troubleshooting.
  • Guide patients and families on Ayushman Bharat benefits, empanelled services, and documentation requirements.
  • Handle data entry, record maintenance, and ensure compliance with PM-JAY protocols.
  • Report operational issues or irregularities to the Front Office Manager or Scheme Coordinator.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum: 12th pass; Graduate preferred.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in Ayushman Bharat or related government health schemes.
  • Good computer skills (MS Office, online data entry, and portal use).
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Patient-centric approach and attention to detail.

Experience:

Minimum 6 months in hospital front office, Ayushman Bharat processing, or similar health scheme operations.
Candidates with prior experience handling PM-JAY processes will be preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,567.34 - ₹15,000.00 per month
