Executive Attestation & Visa

As a Customer Care Executive at our Attestation & Visa Services team, your role will involve responding promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. You will provide accurate information regarding attestation and visa services, coordinate with embassies, consulates, and internal teams for documentation and processing, and ensure smooth handling of client queries and complaints with a focus on resolution and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will maintain records of client interactions and transactions and follow up on pending requests to ensure timely service delivery. Key Responsibilities: - Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person. - Provide accurate information regarding attestation and visa services. - Coordinate with embassies, consulates, and internal teams for documentation and processing. - Ensure smooth handling of client queries and complaints with a focus on resolution and customer satisfaction. - Maintain records of client interactions and transactions. - Follow up on pending requests and ensure timely service delivery. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in any discipline. - Fluency in English, Hindi, and at least one regional or foreign language is mandatory. - Prior experience in customer service, visa handling, or document attestation is an added advantage. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. - Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
