Executive Associate – Strategic Partnerships & Programme Delivery

This is a hands-on role for someone who brings initiative, structure, and sound professional judgement to every aspect of their work.

The ideal candidate:

• Brings 

  5–10 years of working in a consulting environment

   (e.g. McKinsey, Bain, BCG, LEK) or in an 

  executive education environment

   (e.g. INSEAD, IMD, ISB, IIMs)
• Has a demonstrated ability to lead business development and deliver curated leadership programmes for senior-level clients and partners
• Works independently, anticipates needs, and follows through without supervision
• Communicates with clarity and professionalism, both in writing and in person
• Understands the tone and tempo of senior client relationships
• Is based in 

  India or Asia

  , and is comfortable working remotely across time zones
