We are seeking a self-directed Executive Associate – Strategic Partnerships & Programme Delivery to work alongside the founding minds behind Selion Global. The role spans strategic outreach, business development, partner engagement, and programme design , supporting both the growth and delivery of our global residencies. This is a hands-on role for someone who brings initiative, structure, and sound professional judgement to every aspect of their work. We are seeking a Visual Content & Platform Specialist to translate complex, thoughtful narratives into calm, intelligent visual presence across web, motion, and social media. We are looking for someone who comes from or is inspired by architecture, editorial publishing, branding, or high-end hospitality — someone who understands structure, restraint, and story. You will support content and brand expression across all three of our platforms: Selion Global (leadership advisory) Paresa Collection (immersive residencies) Passione Lifestyle (editorial publication) We are not seeking a trend-led content designer. We are looking for someone who works with the spatial sensitivity and structural clarity of an architect — someone who designs for story, trust, and tone. Responsibilities Create short-form video content and homepage banners Design typographic visuals for carousels, quotes, and structured editorial delivery Publish across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, and website CMS) Support light SEO, analytics tagging, and visual consistency Contribute to evolving visual identity refinement You Might Be a Fit If You...
