Executive Assistant to Plant Head;
Manage the Plant Head's schedule, appointments, and meetings effectively.
Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up on action points.
Compile daily reports (Production, CAPA, Departmental performance, reasons, and action plans).
Act as the central coordination and communication point between the Plant Head and internal/external stakeholders.
Draft and prepare emails, letters, reports, presentations, and perform data analysis to support for decision-making.
Coordinate with department heads to streamline operations and ensure alignment with the Plant Heads strategic objectives.
Maintain clear and timely communication across departments within the plant.
Track key plant performance metrics and report critical findings to the Plant Head.
Support implementation of process improvements and strategic plant initiatives.
Maintain MIS reports and all other essential documentation.
Ensure that all regulatory and compliance-related documents are properly maintained.
Maintain high levels of professionalism and confidentiality in all tasks.
Candidate would be Graduate Engineer prefer to work in Hot Section Rolling Mill
