Role and responsibilities:
Act as the single point of contact between MD and internal/external
stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication & coordination while
ensuring things get done.
● Manage CEO’s professional and personal schedules — including meetings,
calls, emails, and travel — to ensure smooth daily operations.
● Record, translate, and track meetings — attend all meetings with the MD,
document minutes, convert discussions into actionable task lists, and ensure
task follow-up and closure. Assist/take over the relevant stakeholders in
getting their jobs done if they are unable to do so.
● Help in doing sales, marketing and doing relevant front and backend tasks
(making quotes, presentations, etc.)
● Assist the MD in fulfiling gaps in the day to day works when needed
Skills:-
Calendar and Schedule Management
● Excellent spoken and written english language (not broken/hinglish)
● People management & communication
● ERP/MIS, Project Coordination
Qualification:-
Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) or
Master of Business Administration (MBA
