Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our senior management team. The ideal candidate should be well-organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for senior management
• Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally
• Prepare reports, presentations, and documentation as required
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 4–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Professional attitude and strong work ethic

Salary: Negotiable (based on experience and skills)
