Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain professional communication at all times.
  • Coordinate and follow up on tasks, projects, and meeting action items on behalf of the President.
  • Liaise between the President and internal departments, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Organize board meetings and prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and related materials.
  • Oversee incoming calls, emails, and mail prioritize and respond as appropriate.
  • Support in event coordination, business trips, and hospitality arrangements.
  • Monitor deadlines, ensure timely submissions, and maintain filing systems (digital and physical).
  • Perform other administrative or personal assistance tasks as assigned.
