Job Description

Work youll do:

As a Team Member in our Assurance team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations.

You’ll:

Executing Internal Audit /Advisory ( SOP,IFC, SOX, Risk Management) engagements in Power, construction, real estate, infrastructure ( roads/highways, water supply, buildings, transmission lines etc), and manufacturing domain
Collaborate with internal auditors to assess technical processes, systems, and controls in power generation, transmission, and distribution.
Review engineering documentation, maintenance records, and operational data to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal policies.
Conduct site visits and technical inspections to validate asset performance, safety protocols, and energy efficiency measures.
Assist in preparing audit reports with technical insights and actionable recommendations.
Stay updated with regulatory requirements and ensure alignment with audit objectives.
Ability to perform end-to-end business process analysis and design.
Perform the technical components of risk assessments to provide an accurate view of the client’s current risk state.
Support in performing end-to-end business process analysis and design.
Assess and design internal controls by applying an understanding of internal control design frameworks and regulatory requirements.
Discussion with stakeholders on findings and reports
Maintain comprehensive documentation and working papers of tests performed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, Power Systems, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

Familiar with MS office

Experience in Power industry preferred

Open to travel
