Role & responsibilities

  • Manage the Senior Leaders calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Prioritize appointments, handle meeting conflicts, and ensure optimal time utilization.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up trackers.
  • Assist the Senior Leaders with dashboards, reports, and data analysis.
  • Support execution of HR strategies, policies, and annual HR plans
  • Act as the point of contact between CHRO and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and accurate flow of information across the HR function.
  • Assist in monitoring progress of HR projects such as engagement initiatives, PMS cycles, talent programs, audits, and HR digitization.
  • Track action items from leadership reviews, town halls, and meetings.
  • Follow up with team members to ensure deadlines are met.

  • Support preparation of presentations for EXCO, Management Reviews, or Steering Committees.
  • Maintain documentation for processes, project files, and confidential information.
