Job Description

Position Details:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant based in our India office to support senior leadership with U.S.-focused business development, client engagement, and operational activities. The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting international leaders—particularly U.S.-based executives—demonstrating strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work seamlessly across time zones.
Key Responsibilities:
Client & Internal Engagement
  • Coordinate client and internal appreciation initiatives (gifting, motivational tools, recognition programs).
  • Support planning and execution of virtual/in-person engagement activities to strengthen relationships.
Travel & Logistics
  • Manage end-to-end travel planning for leaders (flights, hotels, local logistics).
  • Support visa applications, itineraries, and schedule alignment for international travel.
Networking & Business Development Support (As a support function/non-target based)
  • Work with leadership to identify and prioritize a set of clients for outreach.
  • Conduct LinkedIn research to map target organizations and identify the right decision-makers.
  • Maintain and update CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot) to ensure accurate tracking of business development efforts.
Requirements
  • Mandatory: Proven experience supporting an international executive, preferably U.S.-based.
  • Strong proficiency in technology platforms (SharePoint, CRM tools such as HubSpot).
  • Quick learner with ability to adopt new digital tools (e.g., ChatGPT, workflow automation tools).
  • Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with a strong grasp of professional email etiquette.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks, and manage time zone differences effectively.
