The Role
This is more than an administrative role—it’s a strategic partnership. As the EA to our CEO, you will be the backbone of the executive office, ensuring seamless operations, crisp communication, and effective time management. You’ll handle everything from complex calendar management and investor coordination to high-stakes project tracking and confidential correspondence.

What You’ll Do
· Strategically manage the CEO’s calendar, travel, and priorities.
· Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.· Prepare briefing documents, presentations, and reports for board meetings, investor updates, and leadership reviews.· Coordinate key projects, track follow-ups, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks.· Plan and execute high-impact events, leadership offsites, and external meetings.· Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion and professionalism.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
