Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Executive Assistant and Operations at Vitalpro Consumer Pvt Ltd. The role requires supporting executive-level staff with administrative tasks, including preparing expense reports, organizing meetings, managing communications, and providing overall executive support. The position is on-site and located in Mumbai.

Qualifications

• Executive Administrative Assistance and Executive Support skills
• Experience with Expense Reports and Administrative Assistance
• Strong Communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Proficiency with office software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
