Executive Assistant (Operations & Execution Support)

As an Executive Assistant supporting the Director of Product & Marketing, your role involves proactively assisting in the day-to-day execution, follow-ups, and operational coordination across various teams. Your primary focus will be on ensuring tasks progress smoothly, team members stay on track, and smaller gaps do not impede larger strategic initiatives. You will be the central point of contact to keep leadership informed and facilitate seamless workflow. Your key responsibilities will include following up on assigned tasks spanning product, marketing, support, and pre-sales teams. It will be essential to maintain task trackers, provide timely status updates to leadership, ensure completion of review queues, documents, and team-level action items, as well as coordinate daily office requirements such as amenities, logistics, and vendor visits. Additionally, you will be expected to support in generating reports, summaries, and content documents when necessary, as well as assist in scheduling and preparing for internal meetings. The preferred skills for this role include strong organizational abilities, effective follow-up skills, proficiency in communication across teams, and adeptness at completing tasks on behalf of leadership. Basic familiarity with Google Sheets, Docs, and email coordination is advantageous, along with a willingness to take ownership, be hands-on, and manage multiple tasks with discipline and accountability.
