Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Executive / Assistant Manager / Manager (R&D) at Unimax Chemicals Pvt. Ltd., with 8-10 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement new research and development projects to enhance product quality and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and conduct experiments, collect data, and analyze results.
Design and optimize laboratory procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior staff members on experimental design and data analysis.
Prepare and present reports on project progress, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
Stay updated with industry trends and developments to identify opportunities for improvement.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical chemistry and life sciences principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to interpret complex data.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, enabling collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong leadership and time management skills.
Familiarity with regulatory requirements and industry standards, ensuring compliance and quality control.
Strong organizational and planning skills, capable of prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
