Job Description

We are hiring a Male Executive Assistant for a reputed Feed Manufacturing company located in Jahangirpuri, Delhi. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling administrative, coordination, and support tasks efficiently. This role involves assisting senior management, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily schedule, meetings, and correspondence of senior management.
• Handle documentation, filing, and communication tasks efficiently.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external clients.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business correspondence.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure timely follow-up on assigned tasks.
• Support in office operations and other administrative work as required.

Requirements

• Qualification: Graduate or equivalent.
• Experience: 2–5 years as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Professional demeanor and ability to multitask.
