Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimise the CEO’s calendar, travel, and meetings, with zero room for lag
• Coordinate across internal teams, clients, and external partners
• Take charge of follow-ups, project timelines, and high-priority action items
• Prepare briefs, decks, emails, and documents with minimal instruction
• Stay five steps ahead by anticipating needs, blocking conflicts, and problem-solving in real time
• Ensure the CEO’s day flows smoothly, from strategic meetings to operational check-ins

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years of experience supporting senior leadership or founders

• Exceptionally fast, responsive, and adaptable

  — you should thrive under pressure
• Impeccable communication (written + verbal) and time management skills
• A natural organiser who brings order to chaos
• High levels of discretion, ownership, and presence of mind
• Mumbai-based and open to working from the office
