Role & responsibilities

  • Act as a point of contact between the Director and Internal / External stakeholders.
  • Manage the Director's calendar, scheduling / coordinating meetings, calls and travel plans.
  • Handle filing, documentation and correspondence.
  • Maintain records and reports in an organised manner.
  • Coordinate follow ups on important items and reminders.
  • Prepare presentations and reports as and when required.
  • Ensure smooth communication and prioritization of daily tasks.
