Role Description

This is a full-time role for an Executive Assistant Intern, located in Panaji with some work-from-home flexibility. The intern will assist with executive administrative tasks including managing expense reports, providing executive support, and handling day-to-day administrative duties. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, organizing travel plans, and facilitating communication across various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate the MDs calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements
• Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and minutes for meetings
• Draft and manage professional correspondence
• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders
• Support confidential projects and strategic initiatives

Qualifications

• Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance skills
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree or professional course in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field
• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
• Professional demeanor with the ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
