Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹40,000 per month

Job Description:

We are hiring a skilled and organized Executive Assistant (Female) for a leading Lingerie Manufacturing company based in Johripur, Johri Enclave, Delhi.

This role is ideal for a proactive professional who can handle executive-level support functions, multitask efficiently, and maintain confidentiality. The candidate will directly assist top management in daily operations, communication, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage executive calendars, meetings, and appointments
• Handle calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of senior management
• Draft and prepare reports, presentations, and business documents
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors
• Maintain and organize confidential records and office files
• Assist with travel bookings and event arrangements
• Support general administrative and office tasks as required

Candidate Requirements:

• Gender: Female only
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in a similar Executive Assistant or Admin role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive tasks
• Candidates residing in or near Johri Enclave preferred
• Experience in manufacturing or apparel industry is a plus
