Executive Assistant

hands-on, operational role

• Coordinating service bookings, appointments, and follow-ups
• Calling customer care teams and vendors on behalf of users
• Placing orders, making comparisons, or chasing down answers
• Taking ownership of each task end to end by executing and resolving
• Making users feel like they’re in good hands

You’ll work closely with the founders, receive training and feedback regularly, and get to see the impact of your work every single day. No two days are the same.

Key Responsibilities and past experience:

• Strong verbal communication - can talk to people to get things done. 
• High attention to detail. For example, when asked for a mention the number 42
• High sincerity - follow up on tasks, timelines, and deadlines without needing someone else to manage you.
• Past experience as an EA would be helpful, but not mandatory. 
• Adjacent experience in fields like hospitality is also helpful. Less than 2 years of work experience. 
• Looking for a fresh grad with high energy and a willingness to learn and grow.

Job Details (On-site):

• Position: Full-Time Executive Assistant 
• Mode of work: Onsite, HSR Layout Bangalore
• Probation Period: 1 Week
• Monthly Salary: Rs 40k (fixed) + Rs 5k (performance based bonus) 
• Work Schedule: 6 days a week (60 hrs per week) 
• Starting date: 25th August

Application Process:

• 2 hour assignment
• 30-minute interview.
• People who clear this go through 1-week training, after which they get the final result. The 1-week training is paid for. About 80% of the people will clear that training.
