Research Assistant (Remote)

This is a hands-on role where you’ll help users by doing the research they don’t have time for. You’ll compare products, gather information, review policies, make calls if needed, and share clear summaries that help users make decisions faster. You’ll be part of a high-trust, fast-moving team working directly with the founding team of India’s next big consumer-tech company. Some parts of your tasks would include: 

• Finding and comparing products or services for users (e.g. the best robot vacuum under ₹30k)
• Collecting and simplifying detailed info (e.g. refund policies, pricing breakdowns)
• Making calls or digging deep when needed (Reddit, forums, local vendors etc.)
• Writing short, structured summaries that help users act quickly
• Managing multiple task categories and switching between them smoothly

You’ll work closely with the founders, receive training and feedback regularly, and get to see the impact of your work every single day. No two days are the same.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is comfortable with online research and is curious by nature
• Has strong ( clear, clean, and to the point) written communication skills 
• Can think critically about what’s relevant and what’s noise
• Is organised, methodical, and dependable
• Learns fast, applies feedback quickly, and is open to improving
• Has less than 2 years of full-time experience (fresh grads welcome!)
• Background in writing, client service, hospitality, research, operations are all welcome

Job Details (Remote):

• Position: Full-Time Research Assistant 
• Mode of work: Remote
• Probation Period: 1 Week
• Monthly Salary: Rs 30k (fixed) + Rs 5k (performance based bonus) 
• Work Schedule: 6 days a week (60 hrs per week) 
• Starting date: Before 31st August
