Executive Assistant (E.A.) - Wood Industry (Married Female Only)

• We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our management team at our wood industry operations in Yamunanagar.

Key Requirements

• Job Title: Executive Assistant (E.A.)
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in an executive or administrative support role.
• Condition: Female must be Married (This is a condition set by the employer).
• Location: Wood Industry, Yamunanagar.
• Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹35,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications).

Responsibilities May Include:

• Managing and maintaining executive schedules, including arranging appointments, travel, and meetings.
• Handling confidential information with discretion.
• Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.
• Organizing and maintaining files and records.
• Serving as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Must be graduate.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
• Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
