Travel: Pan-India travel required (as and when needed)

Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and organized Executive Assistant (EA) to support the CEO in day-to-day executive operations. The role involves high-level coordination, follow-ups, calendar management, and communication handling. The selected candidate will undergo initial training under the Chief of Staff during the first month, while simultaneously supporting the CEO. Post-training, the EA will report directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, schedules, and appointments efficiently.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on tasks, commitments, and action points.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and government offices.
  • Draft, review, and manage professional emails and official correspondence.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and executive communications.
  • Assist in organizing meetings, travel plans, and official events.
  • Travel pan-India with the CEO as required for meetings and field visits.
  • Handle documentation, records, and administrative coordination.
  • Support smooth execution of executive priorities and daily operations.

Requirements & Skills

  • 3–5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar coordination role.
  • Marathi (written and oral) is mandatory.
  • Strong organizational, follow-up, and coordination skills.
  • Excellent email etiquette and professional communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and work under pressure.
  • Willingness to travel pan-India when required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Male candidates preferred.
  • Candidates local to Mulund, Mumbai preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
