We are looking for a smart, organized, and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Founders in managing schedules, coordinating project activities, and ensuring smooth business operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage founders’ calendars, schedules, and appointments
* Coordinate travel plans and detailed itineraries
* Handle calls, meetings, and communication follow-ups
* Work closely with senior managers to gather project updates
* Prepare business reports, dashboards, and presentations
* Track project progress and highlight delays or risks
* Draft and manage professional emails and business communication
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA preferred)
* 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
* Experience in construction, or architecture sectors is an advantage
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
* Proficiency in MS Office and business productivity tools
