EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

As a Decor Sales Officer, your main responsibility is to drive Decor category sales and ensure operational excellence at the Home Decor showroom. Your key responsibilities include: - Driving sales through store staff and achieving store level Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) and revenue targets - Managing store staff productivity and maintaining customer satisfaction levels - Meeting customers for conversion, conducting demand generation activities, and servicing dealers - Maintaining Dealer Health Cards for issue resolution and coordinating with relevant stakeholders - Acting as a Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the store to ensure smooth order servicing and issue resolution - Executing hygiene areas, driving store operational excellence, and utilizing digital platforms effectively for customer conversion - Providing team training, grooming, and recruitment Qualifications required for this position include proven experience as a Senior Salesperson in a Decor showroom, outstanding negotiation skills, excellent organizational abilities, time-management skills, and leadership qualities.,
