Job Description

Looking for a skilled professional to join our team as an Executive - AR in Omega Healthcare Management Services Pvt. Ltd., located in [location to be specified]. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience and a strong background in CRM/IT Enabled Services/BPO.
Roles and Responsibility

Manage and resolve accounts receivable issues efficiently.

Coordinate with the billing team for accurate invoicing and payment processing.

Develop and implement effective strategies to improve cash flow and reduce outstanding balances.

Collaborate with the customer service team to address customer inquiries and concerns related to payments.
