As an Office Manager/Executive in the Alumni Relations Department located in Kollam, Kerala, your role is vital in ensuring the smooth operation of the multi-campus Alumni office and supporting alumni programs. Your responsibilities include: - Managing schedules and keeping records up to date - Organizing meetings and travel arrangements - Handling emails and alumni phone calls - Assisting in event planning and collaborating with other departments - Managing office supplies and budgets - Ensuring the team stays organized Your work significantly contributes to keeping alumni connected and engaged with the university. Qualifications: - UG degree - No prior experience required, but a preference for 3+ years of administrator-level work - Excellent verbal and written skills in English - Proficiency in verbal communication in Malayalam; familiarity with Tamil is desired but not mandatory - Strong organizational skills - Good knowledge of MS Office - Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks If you are seeking a non-teaching role with the opportunity to make a difference, this position as an Executive in the Alumni Relations Department could be the perfect fit for you.
