Key Terms & Benefits

• Salary Structure: Fixed monthly salary as per the rate card. PF and ESI extra.
• Facilities: Food, Accommodation, Local Travel, PPEs: Arranged by Sunsure at site.
• Statutory Compliance: Contractor to ensure adherence to: PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity (if applicable), CLRA Act, BOCW Act, Minimum Wages Act.
• Insurance: All manpower to be covered under Workmen Compensation Policy.
• Project Developer: Sunsure Energy Pvt. Ltd.
• Contract Duration: 11 months, extendable based on project progress and candidate’s performance
• Employer: Appointed third-party manpower contractor (Not on Sunsure payroll)
• Notice Period: 30 days by either party; Immediate termination for Safety Violations, Non-Compliance, or Misconduct
  

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage site admin activities (attendance, accommodation, records).
• Liaison for local authorities, vendors, and internal teams.
