Executive - Accounts Receivable

As an AR Manager, your role involves managing end-to-end Accounts Receivable processes which include invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and reporting. You will be responsible for accurately recording revenue and receipts in Zoho Books or a similar platform. Ensuring GST compliance for sales invoices is a crucial aspect of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will provide support during month-end and year-end close processes as well as audits. Your role will also involve preparing MIS reports and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve billing disputes and ensure smooth collections. Your key responsibilities will include: - Managing end-to-end AR processes such as invoicing, collections, reconciliations, and reporting. - Recording revenue and receipts accurately in Zoho Books or similar software. - Ensuring GST compliance for sales invoices. - Supporting month-end and year-end close processes as well as audits. - Preparing MIS reports and resolving billing disputes with cross-functional teams. To qualify for this role, you should meet the following requirements: - B.Com with 5-6 years of AR experience, or CA Inter/Dropout with 3-4 years of relevant experience. - Strong knowledge of Accounting, GST, and compliance. - Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP and Pivot tables. - Experience with Zoho Books or other ERP systems. - Good communication skills, detail-oriented, problem solver, and a team player. In addition to the requirements mentioned, experience in SaaS/startup environments and exposure to AR automation would be considered advantageous for this position.,
