Primary Roles
Day-to-day accounting of all bills, vouchers, expense & Collections / receipts etc in SAP Tracking advances, pre-paid expenses, depreciation etc Draw payables and make payments to creditors / employees against claims Maintaining registers like Fixed Assets, Import Purchases including landing cost details Tracking & accounting Advance/Imprest given to employees / vendors
Preparation of data for filing periodical GST/IT returns Preparation of data for regular Internal Audit and Annual Audit Primary
Responsibilities/ Accountabilities
Day-to-day accounting of various accounting documents in SAP Maintaining various General Ledgers in SAP Visiting Govt Dept./ Banks as and when required GST Records in coordination with In-charges of WH at different locations Coordinate with all WH to enter all the purchase bills and maintain copies at HO on daily basis Compile & pay Statutory dues like TDS, PF, P-
tax, GST, Advance Income Tax
