As an Executive in 3P Manufacturing for Beauty & Personal Care at Mumbai BKC Complex, your role involves identifying, evaluating, and onboarding contract manufacturing partners to ensure alignment with company quality, compliance, and cost objectives. You will oversee end-to-end contract manufacturing processes, including formulation transfer, production planning, and supply chain coordination. Your responsibilities also include ensuring adherence to regulatory and quality standards (GMP, FDA, ISO, etc.) at partner manufacturing facilities, optimizing manufacturing efficiency, troubleshooting production and quality-related issues, monitoring production schedules, managing inventory levels effectively, and driving cost optimization initiatives. It is crucial for you to stay updated on industry trends, innovations, and regulatory changes affecting cosmetics manufacturing. Key Responsibilities: - Identify, evaluate, and onboard contract manufacturing partners - Oversee end-to-end contract manufacturing processes - Ensure adherence to regulatory and quality standards - Optimize manufacturing efficiency - Troubleshoot production and quality-related issues - Monitor production schedules and manage inventory levels - Drive cost optimization initiatives Qualification Required: - B.Tech. in Chemical, Oil, or Biochemical Engineering from a top engineering college - Minimum 5 years of experience in Cosmetics Contract Manufacturing As an Executive in 3P Manufacturing for Beauty & Personal Care at Mumbai BKC Complex, you will need to have a strong understanding of cosmetic formulations, manufacturing processes, and raw material sourcing. Your experience in working with third-party manufacturers and handling external production operations will be essential. Knowledge of regulatory compliance and quality control in the personal care industry, excellent negotiation and vendor management skills, as well as proficiency in ERP and supply chain management tools are key competencies required for this role. Additionally, your analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail, ability to work cross-functionally with R&D, procurement, and supply chain teams, prior experience in handling premium cosmetics contract manufacturing operations, and strong project management skills will contribute to your success in this position.,
