The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of cosmetic and home care formulations, raw material applications, and sales strategies. General responsibilities include identifying business opportunities and developing a business plan, handling the existing portfolio, and expanding it by developing new customers/clients/products. The Assistant Manager is expected to achieve sales and profit targets set by the organization, manage receivables, perform inventory management and forecasting, update market information, and maintain strict confidentiality on product, pricing, projects, suppliers, and other company-related information.
