Execution Engineer

Solitaire is one of the leading companies in the real estate domain with its premium & luxurious residential & commercial projects in Pune & Mumbai.

We are hiring for the role of Execution engineer for our township project in Pune.

Job Purpose:

day-to-day supervision and execution

Key Responsibilities:

• Site Supervision & Execution

• Assist in supervising

  civil and structural works

  such as RCC, masonry, plastering, flooring, and waterproofing.
• Monitor and support

  site activities

  to ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with contractors, labour, and vendors for smooth workflow and timely task completion.
  

• Planning & Coordination

• Assist in preparing

  daily and weekly work plans

  in line with project schedules.
• Coordinate with

  MEP, finishing, and design teams

  for site-related issues and sequencing of work.
• Track

  material consumption and availability

  at site.

• Quality & Safety

• Ensure all works are carried out as per

  approved quality standards and safety guidelines

  .
• Conduct

  basic quality checks

  on concrete, mortar, and materials before use.
• Report non-conformances or site issues to senior engineers for corrective action.
  

• Measurement & Documentation

• Maintain

  daily progress reports (DPRs)

  and assist in preparing

  measurement sheets

  .
• Support billing teams with

  quantification and verification

  of work done.
• Keep updated records of

  materials received, work executed, and manpower deployment

  .

• Learning & Development

• Gain practical knowledge of

  real estate construction processes

  , including foundation, structure, and finishing phases.
• Learn to interpret

  construction drawings and specifications

  under senior guidance.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Education:

  Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

• Experience:

  03 years in civil site execution, preferably in

  residential, commercial, or township projects

  within the real estate sector

• Technical Skills:

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office
  
• Familiarity with construction materials, methods, and site safety norms
