Execution Coordinator in Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Task & work management:
• Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly task lists for each team member
• Ensure every task has a clear description, owner, deadline, and status
• Update task status daily and track pending or delayed work
• Ensure tasks are documented and not dependent on memory or verbal instructions
• Daily alignment & follow-ups:
• Conduct short, structured daily alignment check-ins
• Record tasks completed, pending tasks, and blockers
• Follow up on missed deadlines, incomplete tasks, and delayed responses
• Escalate repeated delays with proper records and data
• Task & role clarity support:
• Clearly explain task expectations, deadlines, and ownership
• Resolve execution-level confusion and ambiguity
• Ensure clarity on what exactly needs to be done, not vague effort-based instructions
• Reporting & management updates:
• Share daily and weekly execution status with management
• Highlight task completion, delays, bottlenecks, and repeat non-performance
• Prepare monthly performance summaries using fixed reporting formats
• Process documentation & SOPs:
• Assist in creating and maintaining SOPs, process documents, and task guidelines
• Document workflows and record training videos as guided by seniors
• Ensure all SOPs are properly named, stored, and easily accessible
• Process discipline & compliance:
• Ensure defined processes are followed consistently
• Identify gaps such as skipped steps, process deviations, and rework
• Report process lapses clearly and objectively (without personal bias)
