Execution & Clearing Lead Technology Senior Vice President

As an Applications Development Group Manager at our company, you will be responsible for managing a team to establish and implement new application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology Team. Your role will involve driving applications systems analysis and programming activities to achieve established goals. Key Responsibilities: - Ensure effective management of critical Platform roll-out with a focus on excellent client experience - Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely and quality delivery - Lead the development, BA/PM & Tech team in Mumbai to accomplish established goals and conduct personnel duties for the team - Ensure compliance with internal, exchange & regulatory requirements for the Futures trading and clearing Business - Provide strategic influence over resources, budget management, and planning while monitoring end results - Integrate knowledge of applications development with overall technology function to achieve goals - Use evaluative judgement in complicated situations and negotiate with senior leaders across functions - Assess risk in business decisions, considering the firm's reputation and compliance with laws and regulations - Demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication Qualifications: - 10+ years of Application development experience - Experience in Futures or Cash Equities Trading platform - Strong Technical skill in troubleshooting system performance - Vendor management experience - Experience in applications development and management - Experience managing global technology teams - Working knowledge of industry practices and standards - Consistently demonstrates clear and concise communication Education: - Bachelors degree/University degree or equivalent experience - Masters degree preferred Please note, the company's EEO Policy Statement and accessibility information can be reviewed on the company's website.,
