Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for an Executive in Research & Development specializing in Retort Processing Products (Ready to Eat). The Executive will be responsible for developing and improving ready-to-eat food products, conducting process optimization trials, ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying updated with industry trends and advances. The role also involves preparing detailed reports, managing project timelines, and coordinating with procurement and production to ensure seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Retort Processing and Ready-to-Eat Product Development
• Strong understanding of Food Safety and Quality Assurance
• Experience in conducting process optimization trials and R&D
• Excellent project management and reporting skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Experience in the spice or food industry is a plus
