Mega Walk-in Drive International BPO (Voice & Blended Process)

Job Title:

Functional Area:

Mega Walk-in Drive

Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for international clients (UK/US).
Provide accurate information and timely resolution to customer queries.
Maintain high levels of professionalism, service quality, and adherence to process guidelines.
Meet daily/weekly targets related to call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate effectively with internal teams for issue resolution.

Candidate Requirements

Education:
Undergraduate / Graduate (any stream).
Experience:
0 5 years (Only candidates with International BPO experience will be considered).
Skills:
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) in English.
Location:
Must be currently based in Pune.
Availability:
Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range:
3 LPA 6.5 LPA (based on experience & performance).
Incentives:
Performance-based.
