Job Role - Exchange Admin

Experience Range: 8 to 10 years

Job Location: Hyderabad

Must Have

• At least 5+ years of experience in managing Exchange infrastructure.
• Good working knowledge in Enterprise infrastructure Architecture
• Knowledge of SPF, DKIM and DMARC
• Experience in migrating to new environments / setups. Knowledge of Proofpoint and Google workspace environment.
• Ability to communicate technical subjects/issues.
• Documentation skills.
• Ability to work on project alone or as part of a team and a positive attitude.
• Basic Knowledge of PowerShell & Active Directory.

Roles/ Responsibilities

• Provide support to customer Exchange Environment.
• Provide support in managing the email infrastructure
• Troubleshoot email delivery issues
• Work on Patching and Firmware updates
• Handle troubleshooting of major issues which has huge impact on business.
• Work with Proofpoint support to resolve spam issues and any email block issues.
