Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Make outbound calls to customers and gather feedback on healthcare services
Identify and categorize prospects as interested or non-interested
Generate high-quality leads aligned with internal sales protocols
Attend inbound calls and address client queries with patience and professionalism
Maintain accurate call records and customer data in CRM systems
Build and nurture positive relationships with potential clients
Ensure strict adherence to information security and data privacy guidelines

Preferred candidate profile

Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in tele-sales or a similar role preferred.
Proficient in computer usage.
Comfortable interacting with diverse cultural norms and viewpoints.
Flexible communication skills to handle various scenarios.
Strong interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
Experience in the healthcare domain is an added advantage.
Fluent in
Kannada
Good English communication
skills
