- Lead and mentor Delivery Heads, PMs, and engineering teams.
- Own P&L of the delivery function.
- Collaborate with sales, solutions, and operations to drive client success and internal process maturity.
- Champion employee growth, morale, and skill development.
- Partner with RMG for resource management and utilization optimization.
- Hands-on leader, not a title-holder.
- Quick, fact-based decision-maker.
- Constant learner with a growth mindset.
- Operates with agility, accountability, and collaboration.
