Must-Have Background: - 12-15 years of delivery leadership in small to mid-sized IT services companies. - Strong exposure to managing global clients and multiple industry domains. - Complete delivery ownership: projects, people, processes, and P&L. - AI-first approach, experience leveraging automation for better delivery outcomes. - Not from large MNCs prefers leaders whove worked in lean setups and driven outcomes without large teams. Key Responsibilities: - Drive overall delivery execution, governance, and profitability. - Lead and mentor Delivery Heads, PMs, and engineering teams. - Own P&L of the delivery function. - Collaborate with sales, solutions, and operations to drive client success and internal process maturity. - Champion employee growth, morale, and skill development. - Partner with RMG for resource management and utilization optimization.
