Key Responsibilities: - Drive overall delivery execution, governance, and profitability. - Lead and mentor Delivery Heads, PMs, and engineering teams. - Own P&L of the delivery function. - Collaborate with sales, solutions, and operations to drive client success and internal process maturity. - Champion employee growth, morale, and skill development. - Partner with RMG for resource management and utilization optimization.
