We are pleased to launch the ExcelHer program - the career returnship program at Volvo Group in India. The program is for women men who have been on a career break for a year or more. This is our step towards empowering women men to relaunch their professional journey after their absence from the workplace due to personal commitments. Exciting work assignments have been identified which you can refer in the list below.

The assignments are for a tenure of 9 months. The participant of this program would have access to professional development programs, mentoring assistance by a business leader, apart from the experience of working with people from different functions/technologies/culture.

Responsibilities

Ph.d/M.sc/M.Tech/B.Sc/B.Tech in Electronics engineering, Computer science or similar.
5-7 years of experience in Automotive embedded system development. Knowledge of advanced Embedded SW development. Expert in C and C++ Programming. Knowledge on ISO26262 Functional Safety and Cybersecurity. Knowledge in Classic Adaptive AUTOSAR SW .

Good knowledge on Davinci Developer and Davinci Configurator

Good Knowledge in Integration, Application SW Development, IOHAL and Platform software

Good Debugging skills
Knowledge on EE architecture. Knowledge on communication protocols like Ethernet, CAN etc. Working knowledge on Power PC and ARM based architectures, Microcontrollers like Xilinx zc702 and TI J7E etc.. Experience in SAFe and Agile SW development. Experience in using agile development tools like Jira, Confluence etc.
